Sector 44-B is a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood and transportation is easily available. No need to stress over the cost of getting to your office or college, whether it is in Chandigarh, Panchkula or Mohali.
Sector 44 has its own market where all the basics are available. Sectors 36, 22, both major shopping locales, are 3 km away and Sector 17 is 5 km away. Sector 34 (known for coaching institutes) is just 2 kms away, Sector 45 has a huge wholesale market and the ISBT in Sector 43 is walking distance.

OUR POLICY
NO CROWDING. We will NEVER rent to more than six girls per floor.
NO IN TIME. We respect your schedule.
COMMON SENSE. Rather than set a long list of rules, we expect maturity, common sense and consideration for others.
OCCUPANCY is calculated from 1st day of the month until last day. Rent is due on or before 10th day of the month. We ask for one month’s rent as deposit.For those who arrive in the middle of the month, rent is charged on per day basis until the end of the month; thereafter on per month basis.
