Our policy is...
- NO CROWDING. We will NEVER rent to more than six girls per floor.
- NO IN TIME. We respect your schedule.
- COMMON SENSE. Rather than set a long list of rules, we expect maturity, common sense and consideration for others.
- OCCUPANCY is calculated from 1st day of the month until last day. Rent is due on or before 10th day of the month. We ask for one month’s rent as deposit.

Sector 44-B is a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood and transportation is easily available. No need to stress over the cost of getting to your office or college, whether it is in Chandigarh, Panchkula or Mohali.
If you fall ill (God forbid!) we are right across the street from the Civil Dispensary, 2 minutes walk from Chaitanya Hospital and a large government hospital is located in nearby Sector 45.
